The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in a perfect location for exploring Madeira.
I highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return.

Apartment 212:
The apartment is very nice, clean and bright.
The kitchen is well equipped with a kettle and cooking utensils. I was happy about the washing machine.
I even found a hot water bottle for the cold nights.
The living room is big and comfortable and the balcony is comfortable with a nice view of plants, the sea and the Deserted Islands.
The location is great ! Next to supermarkets, restaurants and a bus stop for Funchal. The area is peaceful and quiet at night. There are some scenic spots just a 5 minute walk away. A Uber taxi is approx. 10€ to/ from the airport.
The lights in the rooms are good and bright.
The information booklet in the apartment is also useful.
Apartment 212:
The only thing which I didn't like is the bed.
It has a spring mattress and there is a bed sheet that feels and sounds like plastic.
The shower could use a shower curtain to stop the water from draining onto the floor.

Останавливалась на 15 ночей. Для одного человека размещение вполне комфортное, места хватает. Апартаменты полностью оборудованы для проживания. Есть все необходимое. Горячая вода идет без перебоев. Везде чисто, плесени нет. Уборка раз в неделю.
Интернет хороший.
Отдельная любовь это балкон. Очень приятно встречать рассвет с видом на море.
Хозяин приветливый, встретил, все рассказал показал, дал рекомендации по магазинам, ресторанам и кафе поблизости.
От проживания остались положительные впечатления.
Из нюансов: в апартаментах отсутствует центральное отопление, поэтому может быть холодно. Хозяин предложил дополнительное одеяло и плед.
Стены дома очень тонкие, поэтому слышно все, что делают соседи, от разговоров до смыва туалета, движение транспорта и пр.
Также мне не повезло попасть на ремонт в соседних апартаментах, поэтому было шумно от дрели и стука молотка. Хозяин предупредил об этом после заезда.
Парковочного места нет, но есть платная парковка с очень демократической стоимостью с обеих сторон дома.
