Location was good, somewhat near the station (20-mins walk) but a bit far from the beach (30-40mins walk). Should be fine if you have a car.
Description of the property clearly mentioned that it had a washing machine as an amenity. Upon arrival, we were informed that it would cost 7 euros to use it.
Also, not a big deal, but the bathroom's hot water geyser was small, so one minute into the shower, the water would go cold.
Oh, and the bathroom's condition wasn't pleasant.

Everything is on the spot. Super friendly and helpful host, clean room and bathroom, free private parking, kitchen with all amenities, A/C working perfectly, spacious terrace with the view on magnificent Rumija mountain. I could not ask for better. I needed to work and the host even brought me one great office chair instead of the standard one which was in the room.

It lacked air conditioning, but otherwise a very nice place and the hostess was great!
