Contact to house owner very nice and prompt. Also the related staff is very kind and helpful. The House itself is ice, but already a bit aged, so the Price-performance ratio would only fit if the house gets some basic upgrade (e.g. hot water in both bathrooms) and especially a deep thorough cleaning (especially kitchen).
Anyhow, even if it a bit costly, if you only stay short it is fine
