Even after checking our, reception let us store our bags to pick up later. Very helpful and accommodating. The receptionist provided us with a new access code and that way we were not stressed as to time etc. to pick up bags.
Even though it is in the historical centre it is just that further away and that way it is not noisy.

It was very spacious and I like the location right in the heart of the city.
I wish I knew ahead of time about having hair product as I didn’t have any and had to purchase some.

Perfect location, few minutes walk to the Cathedral. Close to plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. Quiet through night; ideal having little balcony to chill out on.

Loved the original art on the walls and that they provided milk and juice.
Do NOT ATTEMPT, unless you have a Vespa or are in a taxi, to drive up to the hotel and drop off your luggage. I wish they didn’t even suggest that. It was so so so stressful trying to navigate on roads that weren’t built for cars, past 10000000 pedestrians, and such narrow old streets, with impossible 20 point turns. They recommend if you have a medium size car to drop off bags, but just don’t, ok?
