Location is beautiful and perfect, close to many underground stations and many restaurants and pubs. Staff were lovely. But the neighbourhood is incredible and being so close to Hyde Park. Quite and clean
Not being able to turn off the radiator in the lounge, not super in the summer when you are trying to cool off a room with the aircon. The soft flooring in the bathroom was concerning. The beds werent the most comofrtable but good enough.

Incredible location, very helpful staff.
Ultimately the price reflects the quality. Quite worn down and shabby, wouldn’t want to stay more than a few nights but excellent location and does the job.
