Charming, clean and comfortable! Excellent water pressure and hot showers. Hammocks in private patios and rooftop. Bed was the perfect firmness. Communal dining area is open air and pleasant as a daytime sitting room. Beautiful garden, tastefully decorated including lovely murals. Delicious breakfast and very helpful and kind staff!

I booked last minute, literally 15min before getting there and even though I did, the staff was waiting for us. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are new, roomy and clean. Free breakfast was included with full service: waiters, coffee or tea, fresh fruit with yogurt and granola, toast, chilaquiles with eggs and beans, and even fresh pastries for dessert.
Honestly this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Lots of things starting with very short walk to the laggoon, all the personable and professional attention from Fernando, at the front desk. Very helpful, shared lots of information and recommendations to make our stay great. He is an asset to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Would stay at Aires again when we return.
