The Alena Resort a Pramana Experience

The hotel staff and manager are all so helpfull and friendly and go out of there way to make sure you have the best stay , The spa facilities were outstanding and the free jucuz and sauna was a great addition to our stay . You are surrounded by beautiful gardens and relaxing by the pools is the best way to spend your afternoon with a drink in hand. When we first arrived the hotel smelt so fresh and clean i have stayed at many hotels in bali and most have a bali smell to them but this hotel smelled like disinfectant and fresh it was a joy walking into our rooms after being out for the afternoon with there amazing turn down service would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting to escape the busy hustle of bali and just chill and relax 10/10

Exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Incredible attention to detail all throughout the resort with cleanliness, service and decoration. Very quick with communication. Spa and restaurant attached so we didn't even need to leave the resort if we didn't want to. We told them in advance it was for our honeymoon and they provided lovely handwritten notes and decoration. The included daily breakfast was basically a 5 course meal. Would definitely come back.

Can't really walk out of the resort into town, but the resort provides free scheduled shuttles in and out. This ended up being a plus because there was no street noise. Restaurant is a bit pricey but to be expected. Felt like food quality sometimes fluctuated between the days for the same dishes.

The venue was amazing and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. This was a great spot to honeymoon and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Thank you for making our stay amazing!
