Surprisingly spacious. Restaurant very reasonable with a good menu. Very nice breakfast as well

Easy check in if a late arrival, especially as we had stayed here before. Parking is plentiful and room was clean and welcoming and the bed comfortable.
We love that there is a fridge with fresh milk to use. Kettle and tea/coffee and biscuits too.
Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was generous and tasty. There were also cereals and orange and apple juice available.
It was a very very hot evening and the window needed to be open which made the sound of air conditioning units, just outside the window, loud and it was difficult to sleep. There wasn't air conditioning in our room so it must have been for another area of the pub/kitchens maybe. Not sure what could be done really. I did notice that there was a fan in the room so next time we would use that and shut the window.

A lovely friendly welcome.excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and very tasteful. The shower was brilliant and the towels were lovely quality.

pub was closed it would have been good to have been told that no shops locally just some crappy old garage about 10 mile away
