Bella Premier Hotel & Rooftop Skybar

Breakfast was good. Location was good and within walking distance to the Old Town

There was nothing to not like

Hotel was perfectly located in the centre and the staff were extremely friendly.

The only downside was their laundry service, very good with the same day return but a few of our clothes came back shrunk and a top had a massive black mark on the front with holes through the fabric

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. First thing, location is great, near Hoan Kiem lake, everything is nearby shops, restaurants , coffe places,its great. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, we slept well even on 7th floor . The sky bar is on 8th floor and we didn't have issues with the noise. Staff is really nice and helpful. We got three bottles of water daily which were appreciated.

I didn't like the fact that the photos are way to edited. In person this hotel is a 3 star hotel , unfortunately. The room is outdated, the bathroom is super odd, the balcony had a glass floor which made is super uncomfortable to go out and enjoy the view. I really disliked the glass wall from the bathroom. It's not nice to see what the other person is doing over there. Food was below average. You can order eggs, pho, pancakes (which were really sad looking) and there is a buffet with just a few things like bacon, vegetables (not daily) , sausages, noodles and croissants/pain au chocolate cut in half. I think it was the worst breakfast I had in Vietnam. Unfortunately for what I paid, it's not worth it. There are many other hotels in the area , cheaper and nicer looking. I would not recommend this one. Sorry

The best part about this hotel is the staff. They were absolutely wonderful. They were thoughtful, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We used Hanoi as our base in between other multi-day excursions, staying at Bella Premier each time. The staff remembered us and made us feel repeatedly welcome. The room was also quite comfortable, with an excellent shower, comfortable bed, and very effective air conditioning. Plus, the location is great! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in Hanoi from the hotel. It was in a busy neighborhood but the street noise didn't penetrate the room itself. Super ideal for what we needed. And the rooftop bar is a nice touch!
