Everything perfect. The communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is large and modern, right in Palazzo Grande. Super quiet. Well stocked kitchen. The host directed us to find free parking lot within walking distance. Good value.

The bed is slight too soft to our like. But not a problem.

This place was one of the best surprises on our trip. The entire time I felt a bit needy and asked quite a few questions to the host. He responded so quickly even through the booking app and always with helpful information and a smile! His wife got us checked in and settled. We felt very comfortable and at home. Compared to a hotel, it is a complete apartment! Kitchen / dining, living room, bedroom. The location cannot be beat! A few steps off The Piazza Grande. Honestly if I could live there, I would. :) Did I already say the hosts are great? So friendly and welcoming. Even without much of a common language, everything was communicated clearly as far as check in and check out. We used translators when writing, and figured out our words in person.

There was nothing not to like.

It was very central, loved Montepulciano and Stefano was a huge help with busses etc.

It was hard to find. Photo indicates this is the accommodation but it’s not. Washing machine didn’t work. Only problem with places that allow dogs is that hyper sensitive people can smell them no matter how clean.

Location

Pillows were too hard, towels were extremely used, and microwave and hairdryer didn't work
