Thank you so much for your kindness and help! On the day we checked out, we accidentally left behind a pair of contact lenses. The staff didn’t give up and finally found them for us. They even sent them to us by Express Post. We truly appreciate the extra effort and care. Your thoughtful gesture really warmed our hearts during the cold winter. Thank you again for being so kind and caring!

location. good size.
No instructions on using appliances ie. oven, Wi-Fi (later sorted), heating (fire place) and towel rack in bathroom, tv usage, access to log phones onto stereo (pin required, not supplied). Online compendium gave no more info than one in apartment.
