The bedding was very comfortable and super clean. Service was spot on. They attended to all our requests. Thank you.

The hotel is based on the main street. The traffic kept us out of sleep as traffic was very noisy, and other guests were talking extremely loud in the hallways and continuously slammed doors after 12 at night. Rooms are not soundproof. But the hotel staff did attend making the guest quiet after asking. We appreciate that.

WiFi was good, save me a lot of purchased data. The receptionist who I encountered when I checked-in, was helpful, that he helped to get my luggage up into my room, as there was no lift available, only stairs.

I can't believe there is no hairdryer in the whole hotel. There was none in my room and I went down to get it from the receptionist. They sent one to my room which turned out to be malfunction, and generated some burnt smell when turned on. I return it to them and they said will send another one to me, which never happen. On the last 2 nights of my stay, the hot shower malfunction. I could not shower. When I went to the receptionist at ground floor, the lady told me the guy who fix this problem will only come in half past 8pm (which was another 3 hours from the time I lodged the complaint). I had no choice but to wait. Nobody turned up, and no update from receptionist. I went down again the next morning to complained about the same issue and this time it was a guy receptionist, who was indeed very helpful. He came and check the shower, and then offered me to shower in another room instead while waiting for someone to fix it. He also offered to move me to another room but I had too many things I declined. At least this guy did something to troubleshoot the problem, unlike the lady the evening before who only told me to wait. Believe it or not, there was no phone in the room, and everytime there was some issue, I need to walk down to the receptionist to tell them. Please provide at least a phone for the guest to contact the front counter. There is also no lift in the hotel.
