The location is great and worth the price
No air conditioning, given a fan but still hot at nights

location is good for access to beach and restaurants. New bathroom fittings and kitchen were OK
Whilst having a washing machine should be a positive it makes access to the shower ridiculous.
The furniture is in need of updating and the wardrobe needs to be painted and given a make over.
In short it is in need of a facelift.
