Hotel Promenade

Mit einem verspäteten Check In hat super geklappt. Die Betten war sehr komfortabel, das Zimmer war groß u sauber.Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns positiv überrascht 👍🏻

Es hat alles gepasst

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie der kostenlose Tiefgargagenparkplatz.

Vor allem in zweiter Urlaubswoche manchmal Ruhestörung nachts durch einen anderen Gast.

Too upset about arrival process to enjoy.

We called the hotel we would arrive after closing time. We were told this would be no problem, and we simply had to go to the hotel across the street to get our key. Upon arrival the gentleman at the reception there told us he was closed (...) and did not open his reception door. We were to speak to him thru an opening in a side door but were not allowed into his kingdom. Super rude. Then he could not find our reservations and we were told this was our problem as his computer was already shut down. Finally it turned out he had been looking at the wrong date. Still all our fault we were told because we came after his computer closure. Anyway. Made it in. Never in the process received an apology. Letting customers talk to u thru closed doors is not acceptable in any situation....
