Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·sept. 2026
The location was great as well as the cleanliness. Loving that it’s not your typical Ikea AirBnB but instead it preserves the architecture of an old house
Mostly just the way they communicate through the WhatsApp. Sometimes the information contradicts the official one I was getting from Booking.com on my mail so it made me suspicious.
Beds are not of the best quality if you need to spend more then one night

Great location, it was a very old building, but you are in Venice!! Bathroom and Kitchen clean, it was very dated. OK for a quick two night stay

We really appreciated having the entire apartment for ourselves, which was a great solution when the canal view was not available. The location was also excellent – very close to the station and easy to reach everything.
The air conditioning could have been a little bit stronger.

The location is very Good for the price you pay. I give you that
Creepy place no real security with the doors . The staff remained a mystery.

"I highly recommend this place to stay if you want to feel real Venice. Located at the end of the canal with a lot of peaceful views, far away from the noise of the central location, surrounded by grea..."
