Clean and great AC. Host very responsive. Walk to donna ana beach and a bit longer walk to downtown so location of property great. So appreciate that they had beach umbrellas and beach towels!
Disappointed that the ocean view was just a slice when you sat in the corner of the veranda. Furnishings a touch worn. One drawer in bedroom. And it was a large condo complex.

Excellent location close to Praia Dona Ana and a downhill walk into the old town for dinners. Can’t fault that. The property team were very responsive when we had questions and some minor issues to resolve . Clearly a well cared for property by the owners.

Very large nice patio with a beautiful view. Nice it was a one level accommodation. Convenient for walking to old town and nearby restaurants. Very well stocked if one is going to cook which we didn’t do. The apartment has everything one needs, beach towels, sun umbrella, comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The pool area is a great bonus. The Blue Whale restaurant is certainly worth a visit. Excellent food and very attentive service.
Unfortunately there is very strong sewer gas odour which is most unpleasant. We didn’t spend a lot of time indoors.
