Very central and clean

Friendly welcome from a lovely family, beautifully clean and decorated room with fresh towels and plenty of hot water and fresh fruit at breakfast. Great location in a peaceful part of Assisi helped make our experience there very happy and memorable. I would go again.

My wonderful large bed was slightly too hard for me but my friend didn't have any problems at all with his. Breakfast was good but would have been much better with a little fresh bread.

I can only say that Matteo made me feel truly welcome and at home. I had a problem with my mobile phone, and he was extremely helpful. His recommendations on where to eat and what to do were also excellent.

Matteo gave me a very warm welcome in Assisi, and the property is in a great location. The room itself was large and clean.

Unfortunately, the room faced the street, where there was a lot of noise—especially towards the evening, people were talking loudly outside and dogs were barking. Everything echoed terribly into the room, making it impossible to rest after a long journey. It was just as bad inside. Whenever people moved around the guesthouse, they kept slamming doors, so there was no peace and quiet. There was also likely a dog on the floor above, and you could hear every single footstep and movement from upstairs. Breakfast was also very disappointing—just a couple of mini cookies, standard dry melba toasts, and only black tea (with just the last few tea bags left in the box). If you are sensitive to noise and looking to relax after traveling, this place might not be for you.
