Amazing location
Great breakfast
Friendly stuff
Standard room is quite compact.
Sometimes, there was a sewage smell coming from the WC.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Tbilisi. Very close to the botanic gardens and great restaurants nearby. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was perfect. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.
The property is up a gated steep street and taxis can only stop at the bottom. Not a problem if you are able to manage luggage but worth being aware of.

We had no expectations but were completely surprised by the level and quality of service. Diana sent us helpful instructions before arrival. Victoria is the most charming and kind hotel manager I've seen, was very helpful and welcoming. Same with the kitchen area staff. We felt welcomed, safe, and cozy. The room was excellent, and breakfast was very good.
During our stay, there was a minor water issue in Tbilisi, so at one point, there was no water at all. The next day, when it was back, it did not fully heat up, so it was cold. But that's not on the hotel, but the city's communal services.

1. standardized cleanliness inside the room.
2. Signature room style.
3. Great location, aside along the private road. So both convenient to everywhere and quiet.
NO ELEVATOR! That is a big disappointment for me.
After returning from winery visit, can anyone imagine how I lift the heavy suitcase to 3rd floor actually it’s 4th floor. And also not nice for people with joint pain.
