Location - very close to Dashashwamegh Ghat and Kashi Vishwanath Mandir.
The entrance is blocked by ongoing work of ropeway. It will improve once the work is finished.

The hotel is exceptionally good. The friendliness of staff, hotel location, breakfast and other meals are very good. Value for money, walking street market starts from Hotel.
Some corrections you have to make. Viswanath temple is 150m from hotel, Mother Vislakshi temple and mother Annapurani temples are within 250m from Hotel. River Ganges is 600m from hotel.
Nothing.
Outside some construction works are going on, that one disturbing the approach road.

Good AC
They changed my room immediately after I reported the cockroaches, and in my new room there were no cockroaches and it was a little cleaner.
Staff is friendly
Very central location
There were cockroaches in my room, beware if you get a room on the 1st floor.
You could hear a little honking through the wall as the location is at Godowlia Crossing, which is the main crossing before you enter main street.

Location was good but approachability via taxi is not good, you have to walk 100-200m in a crowded area before reaching hotel
Hotel is not clean, location is near temple, but taxi approach is not there
