The hotel has great location, just 20 min walk from Osaka station and Umeda shopping centre, few minutes from Science and Art Museum. Great shower. A little fridge in the room. Restaurant on site had a great food. Free tea and cosmetics kit was a great addition
The bed was huge but unfortunately too soft for us. Not much space for the luggage and clothes. Not reading light by the bed

The room itself was spacious and the hotel is in a great location. We really loved the design of the room and the amenities. If the bed was firmer we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It's close to two subway stations which was very handy and was in a quiet location but still has easy access to tourist sights.
The bed was way way too soft. It was painful! The doona was very warm for the weather which was also uncomfortable.

Super clean and very friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the room not a bad size.
The only thing I would say is the location is a little bit away from Dotonburi, but it’s only a short train ride away and the hotel is close to Umeda which is full of great restaurants and night life as well.
