Excellent location and minutes away from water ferry stop.
Apartment was very well thought out: every possible convenience was available. Well stocked kitchen. Many supplies available and nothing spared. How to use instructions on appliances ( much appreciated!).
Our welcome tour and instructions were very thorough.

This was a modern, comfortable, quiet, well-designed apartment in a perfect location for walkability and vaporetto exploration! The host thought of all the little things you may need when traveling- from washcloths to toiletries to a thermometer! We were very pleased with the beds and air conditioning, and our children loved having their own spaces.

The property is clean, well mantained and it is in a good location.
The administration is very bad. At the time of booking it does not say that you will be charged a late check in fee of 40 euros if you arrive after 8pm. An email containing this info was sent a few days before our arrival. We arrived at 8:27 pm and we were charged the fee. You cannot leave your luggage and the check out is at 10 am. It is very transactional and lacks real soul, like dealing with machines.
