The bathroom/toilet is too near the bathroom glass wall...
There is an on-going construction in front of the building

Good value, spacious rooms with well equiped kitchens and combination washer/dryers (including detergent!!), very nice large washrooms, modern, well maintained, helpful staff, 24/7 reception, telephones in rooms, safe area, elevators
Far from everything and area is pretty much dead, so need to have a vehical or ride hailing app to dine/do shopping, central air conditioning is not very good, some rooms with unappealing views of adjacent buildings
