Location was not bad. They have a very nice shisha place downstairs on the ground floor, and the ginger lemon tea was especially good.
For a four-star hotel, this is definitely not 4 stars.
The AC in the room stopped working, and the management could not do anything about it. I was without AC for about 6 hours. The breakfast is very dry and seems like the food that was there was from the day before, or even two days before. When I asked for some type of compensation for the AC or other issues, they pretty much couldn't do anything or help me. It was a very bad experience, and I don't recommend this hotel. For a 4-star hotel, this should be, actually, 2 stars.
