Clean good sized room in guest house with common kitchen and shared bathroom.
Good location in the Belem neighborhood near some sights and on trolley route to access historic Lisbon.
The staff on site was rude about our bikes although I had messaged the property about needing a secure locked place to store (they didn’t want them in the room). The off site manager finally said we could lock them in the garage so that was fine.
Kitchen needs supplies for washing dishes as there were none but a sign said wash your dishes.

Perfect location for exploring the local area.
Very cosy and clean. The lady at the property was very polite.

The check-in was a bit odd; there was no one physically there but I was asked to call the host and talked through it all, so it was easy enough. The room was large and very comfortable. One thing I noted that was a problem is that there's only one mirror, in the bathroom, so getting ready in the morning wasn't the easiest, but is easily solvable. Checkout again was odd as I didn't know who to hand my key in to, but the staff member I eventually found was pleasant and friendly, and only had to wait 5 mins or so. Overall a really good stay and would definitely use again. Also close to a few good sites in Belém (walking distance) and some lovely restaurants/bars
A mirror in the main room would have been good, and instructions for check-in and check out beforehand would be handy.

Great location on line 15E so direct from the town center and the person I messaged with questions always answered quickly. The place itself was nice and clean and a safe quiet street. Great communal are with plates and cutlery + kettle and coffee machine
I knew my room was a single room so I expected something small but it only had a tiny hole as a window. impossible to get fresh air in or see the outside and the bed was uncomfortable. The cleaner that check me in was super friendly but spoke no English and in 2 days I never saw anyone else so impossible to ask questions in person. Nice communal area with fridge but would have been nice to leave some coffee capsules and tea for people who just arrived.

"Accueil très sympathique de Sonia en soirée pour nos filles de 17 ans qui voyagaient seules pour la première fois. Très propre, parfaitement situé et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Merci."
