The team were so accommodating and helpful. Organised parking for a reasonable price in the city. Also access to the laundry was very helpful. The location is perfect with a short walk to old town and a couple of lovely restaurants right next door. The room was spacious and so warm. Rooftop terrace has great views.the deli down the road is also great.
Be aware of the stairs.

We loved our stay. We were in the Copper Apartment on the third floor. It was so cute and we had an amazing view of the fortress. The room was very spacious and well set up. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great location, super easy to get everywhere we wanted. We also went up to the rooftop which was really cool and had a fantastic view of Salzburg.
It was not a surprise as it is in the listing but the stairs were a bit intense. We were fine but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have any mobility issues on stairs.

Everything. Totally charming & so so clean & modern with a taste of the old. Location fantastic. Kerstin couldn’t have been more helpful.
If you find stairs difficult, then it’s not for you. But we would definitely return.

The location was central to old town
Please be aware if booking this property that there is no air conditioning.. the room was quite stuffy and hot, particularly throughout the day.
The ceiling heights are very low which made us feel a little claustrophobic when in the room.
It was also very difficult getting our suitcases up an extremely steep staircase. We’ve traveled throughout Europe extensively and haven’t encountered one so steep and as there’s no staff onsite to assist, you need to be aware of this.
