Half Moon

Location was amazing for what we wanted, the room was exceptional and staff so helpful, polite and friendly.

Breakfast was delicious, great options a lovely area to sit in. The room was perfect, clean and spacious and the bed was very comfy. The shower was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The only problem that we had were that the TVs in our room didn't work. The staff were very helpful but were not able to fix them. The live pub music was very loud below our room on Saturday night, I wasn't aware of this at the time I booked but they do make it clear and I shouldn't have expected any different staying in a pub in central London on a Saturday night! The music finished promptly at 12am.

Such a cute and really cool place! Will definitely go back and I never stay in the same place twice!

Great Location in a nice area of London

I was disappointed with my stay because it was expensive and I expected at minimum to be able to get a decent sleep but on both nights that wasn’t possible. Yes there was noise from the bar but that wasn’t the main issue. I was woken up early on both mornings by noise from other guests in the hallway as there is little to no sound insulation. My room was next to the stairwell and every time someone went up or down it made a lot of noise. In addition, there was noise from the train and road outside, as well as noise every time a toilet flushed or a sink was used for three minutes each time. The combination of all this noise meant you couldn’t get to sleep and it was after 1am before I got to sleep on both evenings. It’s much too expensive for this amount of unnecessary noise inside the building.
