Beautiful room! We came super early because of the night bus arriving so early and the owners left the keys for us at the reception. We immediately felt welcome, even though they weren't physically there, because they trusted us so much. I got a nice, clean room with a balcony and the ownersbwere always happy and greeted us with a big smile. The homestaybwas right on the busy street but the room was very quiet and we had a great time exoring Phong Nha. Thank you! 😘

Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant, emplacement idéal pour découvrir Phong Nha. Chambre petite et simple mais parfaite pour quelques jours.

We had a really great stay here. The place was comfortable, well located, and everything was as described. But what truly made the difference was the incredible kindness and support from our host. During our stay, we faced some unexpected difficulties, and she went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect — helping us with logistics, making calls, and even assisting us in recovering some important belongings. She was always available, calm, and genuinely caring, without ever asking for anything in return. It made a stressful situation much easier for us, and we are truly grateful for that. If you’re looking for a place with not only good accommodation but also a host you can trust and rely on, we highly recommend staying here. Thank you again for everything 🙏

Location. Situated at the main road, but well isolated from noise with good windows

They gave a room with mold on one wall. They said it wasn’t mold, but it was. I asked for another room and got it. No breakfast or coffee. They rented me a scooter which broke down. They came to pick me up. Part of the experience, not a big deal, but I would not repeat a stay there
