Place is great room , staff , breakfast
Liturally my only thing was I couldn't sleep the drainage pipe to other rooms for shower and toilet must come through a locked closet in the room so i hered countless flushing so had very broken sleep.

Property was clean, good location for Liverpool Street and Moorgate tube stations. Good location for nice restaurants and bar. Staff were friendly beds were comfy
Could have done with a comfy chair in the room instead of having to sit on the bed. Especially after a long day of sightseeing.
Breakfast was limited and orange juice was like water

Staff were helpful. Air conditioning works well
No tea or coffee facilities in room. Downstairs ironing room was not good having to walk through breafast room to access it. Towels only changed on 4th day and no hand towel provided. So wet towels hanging about. Board where electric sockets housed was broken so exposed wires. This was reported to the staff.
