Great location! Away from most crowds so it was more quiet. There was a canal view and the place was spacious enough for the three of us. Several yummy restaurants just around the corner, very convenient!
We love that Italy/Europe recycles! The unit supplies you with different buckets for your recycling 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 However, the only real negative was the main trash/recycling drop off was downstairs of the apartments - but within the building. So every time you came out of your unit or into the building, you could smell it. Not great, especially during hot weather. Fix that and you’re golden!

Great location, easy to communicate with staff.
The water heater didn’t work and there was no coffee pot.

Sa situation au cœur de Venise
La douche très désagréable, pas de pièce commune excepté la cuisine …
