It's right in the city centre, in close proximity to many tour agents.
The host is excellent, just make sure you reach the property on the agreed time so that you don't have to wait in the cold or make the host wait in the cold. The host is pretty responsive and you could get almost instant replies on booking.com messaging service. It has a kitchen, with a collection of tea and coffee, all the cutlery and everything that you'd need including soap, shampoo, hair dryer, extra heater, a bidet etc. We rented winter gear but it's not absolutely necessary if you layer up properly. You'd only have to bring a tooth brush and paste. Towels are also supplied.
Nothing much, it's a nice place.
