I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Urban and truly appreciated the warm welcome and excellent service from all the staff. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and attentive, while the restaurant staff were always happy to assist with every request. I especially appreciated their willingness to customize dishes according to my preferences. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional, making my stay very enjoyable. I would happily stay here again!

Well located half way up the hill in the centre of the city. Very helpful staff who speak good English. Great restaurant with an excellent breakfast. Not too large and not too small. Would stay here again
The hotel transfer from the airport was over an hour late so we ended up taking a taxi. However the hotel staff were very apologetic and gave us a room upgrade for our troubles. Btw the taxi from the airport is a standard fare and two thirds the price

The atmosphere and the staff really make this hotel a cut above. My room was pristine and really lovely even though I was in one of the smaller rooms without a balcony. The views are lovely and if I can afford to then next time I will definitely spring for the balcony rooms to take full advantage of them but short of that the rooftop terrace was also an amazing place to sit peacefully and enjoy some quiet moments or an evening with friends.
My driver said he struggled to get to where he could stop to pick me up because of the little one way streets and complete lack of parking but (sorry driver) that was his problem. For my part I’ll start there again.
