The Vortex Apts were very central which meat we could walk to practically everything. Good sized kitchen allowed us to cook if we wanted. Great pool on the 6th floor.

The Apts could do with a bit of a re-paint but apart from that they were good. The sauna could do with an update too.

My experience staying here was fabulous. Securing the key was completely seamless: I reached out to the team via WhatsApp, and a representative met me directly at the main entrance since it operates as a serviced residence rather than a traditional hotel with a front desk. The apartment itself had everything I needed. The bedroom was cozy and fitted with effective blackout curtains, complemented by strong air conditioning, a compact kitchenette, and a convenient in-unit washing machine. As a great bonus, the TV came fully equipped with active Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions. The space was remarkably clean and tidy upon arrival, and the upper levels offered a breathtaking view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. Best of all, the location is unbeatable, sitting just a short walk away from the Petronas Twin Towers and major shopping destinations like Suria KLCC and Pavilion Mall. I would happily reserve this place again without a second thought.

Everything was great, especially: - cleanliness of the apartment - facilities in the apartment, including washing machine, comfy beds, air con, and Netflix/Amazon - responsive and friendly staff; good communication on whatsapp - the cafe on the ground floor and the pool, gym, and convenience store on level 6 - location right in KLCC (but apartments are still quiet if you choose a higher floor)

It is convenient

The apartment we stayed in has a hole in the ceiling, and the sofa isn’t very comfortable to sit on. It feels a bit empty and could use some touches to make it feel more like home—maybe some paintings, pictures, or plants. Overall, it’s okay, but the hole in the ceiling was not nice. The kitchen is very nice, but the washing machine smells and needs to be cleaned or aired out.
