Special thanks to Sulaiman at the reception for his warm and welcoming attitude. He was very friendly and professional.
The hotel was also clean
The window glass was dirty, which unfortunately affected the beauty of the view.
The room telephone was not working, which made it inconvenient to contact reception when needed. I was also disappointed that it was not fixed before my departure.
