Recently redecorated, very comfortable, great bathroom, excellent location (close to city centre and main bus terminus).
Note that the apartment is in the basement, but has lots of natural light from the windows facing the car park/courtyard.
Mateja was very responsive and helpful.
Very reasonably priced. I had a great stay.
The outside looks grim.
Beware the step down into the kitchen/living room from the entrance.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage in der Nähe der Tramstation, Parkmöglichkeit, kleiner Park direkt gegenüber (ideal mit Hund), zuvorkommende Gastgeberin

The location was great, within walking distance (ca. 15 min) to Ban Jelacic Square. Easy manageable with the car, not too crowded street. The passage to the parking is indeed a bit narrow and requires you to open the doors each time, but completely manageable, so with it, the price pays off. The cleanliness was on point, and well-equipped, and the host explained everything regarding entrance, heating system, and parking before arrival, so the communication was excellent.
Only bear in mind that the apartment is in the basement.

Very clean apartment at great location near the city center.
Apartment is placed in a tall basement, and its definitely overpriced.. Photos are better than reality, perfect PR. It is a self check in, but keylocker is inside the building near the apartment door. To get there you need to pass through building gates, and that is a big problem. We were told to ring the older neighbour and he was pretty mad, so we had an argument. Parking is free but its not marked, and there is also problem with the neighbours complains. I am a booking level 3 with more than 50 bookings, never had this type of confrontation in any country.
This should be 30% cheaper and the host needs to wait for you. In other case, book something else.
