Things I liked as a list: - excellent attentive staff who were very helpful. One member of staff (I'm sorry I do not remember his name) even paid a cab when my travel card didn't work. - we had a wedding and the staff helped us with every issue or thing we needed. - staff were very kind to me children - rooms were great for a family. We had two kids and one baby and it worked really well. - breakfast food was good

- Sometimes there was no answer when calling room service or reception - you have to order eggs in the morning very quickly as it always takes a lot of time, often 10-15 minutes.

The staff went above and beyond and checked in with me every day as I was travelling alone. I cannot praise them enough. The staff of this hotel are incredible.

Hôtel très propre, personnel chaleureux, belle vue mer, très bon petit déjeuner diversifié, piscine agréable. Parfait pour un séjour à Cascais!

We booked this hotel hoping for a convenient and fun one-night stop during our road trip. The staff was friendly and made a solid effort to help us where they could, which we appreciated. If you are planning to stay at this property, I believe it could be worth it—but likely only if you intend to book an upgraded room with a pool view.

Unfortunately, the basic first-floor room we received was disappointing and overpriced. The balcony was essentially meaningless as it sat directly above the parking driveway. While the team was polite, they were unable to accommodate a room change when we expressed our dissatisfaction. We also encountered some operational oversights: the bathroom door lock was malfunctioning, and our tissues were not refilled prior to arrival. Most crucially, the hotel is situated far from the town center, making it inconvenient for exploring. Ultimately, this was not the optimal stop for our trip.
