Strategic location, ample parking, spacious for 4 person especially the bathroom, nice view of the old shop houses. 3 lifts to accommodate the occupants. Provides hair dryer and iron.
The fabric in the wardrobe were not clean, the cushions on the chairs too. It is difficult not to have the kitchen tap lever and use the filter to turn on the water supply instead especially for old people and to those who do not know how to use it. Water pressure at the bathroom sink was so slow. Bathroom was damp and smelly.
