Didn't know breakfast was included
Didn't have sufficient towels on my room. Had to ask for more

The spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms
There is a noise that sounds like a knock which repeatedly went off keeping us awake the whole night. We couldn’t sleep nor identify the source of the noise yet we had a very early and long trip the following day.

The manager arranged an iron board and hairdryer when I requested one. The area was fairly quiet.
No one manned the reception. There was no ironing board or hairdryer. The toilet flushed all the time and I could hear the same from neighboring rooms.
