Everything about the apartment was perfect for our needs! Comfortable, with good location and excellent host! We had a very warm welcome, the owner was very responsive, and with amazing treatment. Were very happy with our stay!

All was good :)

Spacious apartment, comfortable and in a great location. The host is seriously friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone and if possible book again in the future.

Nothing

The location was convenient. The apartment was spacious. The host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

No washing machine. The apartment has limited natural lighting. The parking fee was a bit expensive.

Three bed room apartment was modern and clean. It is well located to the sites we want to visit - main the Royal Place and City Center. There was decent amount of restaurant nearby. The host offered free breakfast for one of our 2 night stay - vey appreciative of that generous gesture. It has all the basic amenities, such as hairdryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, cups/plates, etc.

We were informed by the manager Carlos after checking in that one of the bathroom has just been completed and should be ready by the next morning. It was never usable during our stay. We had to go into our friend's bathroom to shower etc. even during the middle of the night. That was a major inconvenience. Apartment manager should have given us a fully functional unit, instead of the one that we stayed. We were very disappointed by us and would hesitate to go back to the same business if we visit Madrid again.
