Location. Hosts communicated well before and during stay. Great recommendations for eating out. Luxury bathroom. Comfortable bed.
Internet was poor and tv connection poor. The stairs from parking and stairs up to loft are not good when you have heavy luggage.

Location is excellent.
The furniture and linen are well used and can be replaced.
The stairs to the room will not work for older guests. Consider a warning on the booking site.
