A very spacious room.
A very hot shower 😊
The breakfast room was well stocked , though a kettle rather than a stone cold water urn might be a better idea.
Since booking this stay, I was pursued by scammers (based in Germany) posing as the Kathleen House Checkin manager “Diana” seeking and almost succeeding in gaining access to my credit card account and my bank account. This has necessitated me having to replace both my credit and debit cards.
The double bed was in fact 2 single beds pushed together.
There was some chewed gum stuck to the bedside lamp when I went to turn it on.
The use of soap and shower gel dispensers in the communal bathroom felt impersonal and a little institutionalised.

Perfect for what we needed, very clean, easy check in and out, also felt very safe and secure. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

It is in a great location, and communication with the off-site host was efficient. Very good wifi. Clean, family-sized bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Good value for money for London.
Wooden floors inside and outside the room, so I could hear people walking outside and closing doors.
No breakfast at the weekend.
