The staff, the breakfast and the location were excellent.
The building needs a bit of upkeeping (e.g. a new coat of paint and there was a big mold(?) stain in our room).

All good

I was expecting a better parking lot and the bathroom could be a bit cleaner

No. It was a dirty room, the building is abandoned. The telephone from my room doesn`t work I went down to tell the receptionist about it and they didn`t change.
Make it cleaner.
