Hospitality, Breakfast, enchanting decor, music, and history, as well as location!
Room could have been larger.

The Palacio is beautiful! The staff is amazing! The breakfast was incredible with the lovely musical accompaniment. We LOVED everything about this hotel!!

Stunning property, great location, comfortable bed/room, lovely ambiance/vibes, excellent breakfast spread, customer service wonderful!
Only real complaint is that we booked here for 3 main reasons: location, reviews, amenities (very much due to the Roman spa and sauna) as we thoroughly enjoy having a recreational amenity to have some down time during our stay..both the Roman spa and the sauna were out of order all 5 of our days here and we were not notified ahead of time and it was supposed to be fixed 2 days prior to our leave and was not.

Absolutely stunning place to stay. You really feel like you are in a palace. And the breakfast is one of the best in the world that we have had. Being serenaded by beautiful piano and violin in a historical room with a fresh and amazing buffet breakfast is just the best.
Being really old the drainage in bathroom could do with some attention.
