The staff was polite, giving us information about everything we needed
They helped us with finding parking. Parking was very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and everything we needed was there. Freezer convenient for ice packs. The location is perfect. I will definitely book again soon

The hotel is located in the center of Maribor
It was easy to check in in the midnight
The room was dirty , the floor was very dirty, probably it wasn’t vacuumed or washed , there were dead bugs in the back of the furniture , and it smelled very bad in the bedroom and on the terrace
When we checkout we told the to the lady from reception that the room was dirty and it smelled bad and all she said was: ok (like she didn’t care anyway, not we are sorry ,nothing)
Probably she already knew that and she didn’t care.
