The closeness to the beach and the surf club
The shower as the cold water tap kept falling apart, short supply of toilet paper.

Location was excellent
Had just been freshly painted and struggled with the paint fumes for the few days we were there. Made my daughter sick with headaches

The location of the property is excellent, 50m from the surf club and beach, 4 min walk to the bus stop which connects easily to the public transport system. We did all our sightseeing and travelling between some of the other local towns and beaches all on public transport, no need for a car.
The surf club is a good place for drinks in the afternoon and dinner in the evening.
The lack of internet was a disappointment, but we bought extra data to manage.
More local information would have been helpful, e.g. an up to date map, and bus routes.

Considering we are close to the beach, beach towels would've been good.
