Smooth check in on arrival. We were taken to our room after being shown the communal lounge and ‘dining’ rooms. We were given a very helpful list of cafes and restaurants nearby which we made good use of. The room was simply furnished but fine for our needs. The furnished terrace in the courtyard was a bonus, a comfortable, quiet space to relax in. We received prompt replies to messages we sent both before and during our stay and appreciated the assistance given.
The mattresses were on the soft side for us -as were the pillows of which there was only 1 per person. Obviously personal preferences may vary, so this may not be an issue for everyone. Although there was a kettle and coffee pod machine with a selection of teas and coffee in the communal ‘dining room’ it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, especially as the only place to fill the kettle was the bathroom.

Beautiful building, spotlessly clean family room and en-suite. Comfortable and convenient, well equipped shared spaces.
Excellent location with good public transport links..
Nothing.
