le logement est situé au pied de la station du train il est lumineux, confortable on se sent chez soi situé au 6ème étage offrant une belle vue sur la mer et le golfe nous le recommandons

Marilin est très sympathique mais ne parlant pas français et nous ni italien ou anglais la conversation fut un peu compliqué

Merlin was delightful. And so helpful, with suggestions of places to eat and visit. Not very touristy, so enjoyed the local food and atmosphere. Our apartment had a great balcony for enjoying a sunset wine. It was right next to station, so easy access to go to Pompeii. We also did a boat tour to Isle of Capri. It was an easy walk to the port. So well situated near great restaurants and shops. It was so helpful to have access to a washing machine.

It was a bit tired. Electric outlet in kitchen broken, so boiled the kettle in bathroom.

The care and support from our host was outstanding. Marilin genuinely cares about her guests and her priority is to ensure we are happy and comfortable during our stay. The lift was a very welcome bonus. The location was excellent, only about one minute walk from when you get off the train, however we didn't hear any train noises at all from our apartment. Excellent Restaurants, bars, cafes, coffee, shopping, mini supermarkets were all within a minute or two walk. It was fantastic having a major port in the town as well. With direct ferries to and from the town, we caught the ferry for day trips to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi.

If we had anything that we needed help with, Marilin was straight there to provide the support we needed.

The location was fantastic, next to the train station, lovely balcony, lots of eats nearby, all ranges, fine dining to street food, there was lots of local food for sale in shops.

Unfortunately we arrived late 10.30 (ish) we had kept the owner informed, we followed the instructions but unfortunately for 30/40 minutes in the dark we were following the instructions but the owner did not reply and it was a very frightening experience, we were just about to book into a hotel when two lovely lads came along and let us into the building, we were then able to enter the APPARTMENT, sometime after the lady text and said sorry, we had different stories regarding the app not working etc. unfortunately ourselves and friends were told inconsistent stories. I asked for compensation for the fright and the lady said “yes also the transfer worth €100” so I was expecting both, this didn’t come to fruition and I was accused of changing the boundaries, stalking her, of which I did neither I have every message. We had the transfer between 2 couples, our accommodation cost €1600 between us had we checked into the stabia hotel this would have cost €400 and I would have expected her to pay. I gave up in the end. Something guest should be aware of the socket in kitchen doesn’t work, so we used socket in bedroom to boil kettle, the lady uses the balcony to dry the apartments washing! These are workable so for information only. We couldn’t work the safe we thought batteries flat, but APPARTMENT is on 6th floor so this didn’t matter.
