The property is very nice situated very close to bus stops and to ischia Porto. The view is exceptional and the place is very nice and calm at night.
Francesco is an amazing host, very helpful and kind.
I took away 2 points because the pool was not clear and clean when we were there unfortunately.

Loved staying at this accommodation. Villa was clean and comfortable and the outdoor shared area was large with incredible views. Lovely to sit on the terrace before going out to dinner. Our host was incredibly helpful. 10/10

I loved the view of Porto Ischia from my private terrazza and from the window in my room. Francesco was waiting for me in the port upon arrival to drive me up the hill and even took me to a grocery to pick up a few staples for my refrigerator. i wish I could have stayed longer than a weekend!
It was extremly hot and humid the days I was there. Francesco provided me with a fan to have a bit more circulation than the ac could provide. I have no complaints!

Francesco was very responsive and helpful - and used google translate to help communicate.
There was a great view over the sea and harbour. Lots of greenery in the garden.
The property was up a steep hill and there were lots of stairs to our room. The garden could use some tidying. We only had two items of crockery and cutlery, although they provided more when we asked. The bathroom needs an extractor fan.
