We experiences problems at the gate when my son was dropping us in the evening. he was with his wife beacuse the stay both in Durban. At the gate they couldn't allow his wife to go through with his husband to drop us off. They wanted her to wait at the gate, it was cold ,during the night and the wife was not feeing well. it was too risky to leave her at the gate. I know the safety is highly valued at Zimbali but I think there should be flexibility in future especially that everyone had ID for identification.

The location. The kitchen and lounge only.
The bed was too small for us. The shower was a bit blocked. The water was not draining well. On the first day the towels were dirty.
