The breakfast was really good but ultra expensive.
The room was so small we were really shocked. 3 people on such a room is just a no go. The upper bed didn’t have any sheets and once we asked for bedsheets, the cleaning ladies left it on top of the bed and didn’t even bother to place them properly.

The check-in process was confusing; I thought I was checking in but was led to hand my vehicle over to a valet at a high parking cost. The service lacked hospitality, and there was no clear information on how to use the elevator. Breakfast was expensive.
