Mr Ibrahim is very helpful and gave us a video and very clear instructions on how to enter. He replied immediately when we arrived at the main outside door. He is a very friendly and helpful man. The location of the apartment is very central. Can easily walk to St Stephens Cathedral. There are U-bahn stations and tram stops nearby. Lots of eateries, shops and a bustling area to stay. We had a very safe stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Housekeeping kept our place clean everyday. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we didnt.

Emplacement merveilleux ,a deux pas de la cathédrale ,de l'arrivée du bus aéroport .logement au calme tout en étant à proximité de commerces et multitude de restaurants. A deux pas ,tout le centre historique .Quartier chic ,comme tout Vienne d'ailleurs...La réactivité des hôtes par mail lorsque l'on pose une question .

juste un soucis à voir pour entrer dans l'immeuble :On nous a communiqué un n° à plusieurs chiffres .il y avait un interphone sur lequel il n'y avait que des lettres. On a pensé à un n° de téléphone sur lequel on a reçu un message en allemand et la porte est restée close. Heureusement ,quelqu'un est entré ds l'immeuble ...Aprés on a suivi le parcour jusqu'a la chambre .

A good location, and it was clean and comfortable.

We were travelling from Bratislava and realised that we would be at the property earlier than we thought. I emailed the property but did not receive a response until the following morning, prior to arrival saying it was too short notice to change. The details stated that there was a key to gain access in a box to the entrance, this was not the case. There was a key box at the property next door but not this one. I made numerous phone calls whilst we waited outside to either gain access or to obtain more information. This was difficult. Eventually I spoke to someone to whom I explained the situation, I found that difficult to understand. Eventually a lady who happened to be the cleaner appeared and escorted us up to the flat. We just needed to drop our bags to then go back out in to Vienna. She was very helpful and accommodating, had it not been for her we would have been left outside on the pavement, waiting potentially for 2 more hours. It was not a good experience….
